hvacexigency.com provides HVAC consultations via live video call, phone call, or chat. Our technicians give advice and guidance based on what you describe and show them. We are not physically on-site and cannot inspect your equipment directly.
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our advice will result in a successful repair. We make no warranty about the quality, safety, or suitability of any parts, tools, or methods we discuss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hvacexigency.com and its technicians shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or equipment damage — arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
If you paid for a premium consultation and were unable to connect with a technician due to our technical failure, email mikerepairs.com@gmail.com within 7 days for a refund. Refunds are not provided for successful consultations where you were dissatisfied with the advice, or for consultations where you disconnected voluntarily.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown include any applicable fees. By clicking "Pay," you authorize an immediate charge to your payment method.
You agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to refuse service, end a call, or ban a user for any reason.
We do not record video or audio calls by default. If we ever record a call for quality or training purposes, you will be informed at the start of the call and given the option to decline.
We serve customers worldwide. However, some regions may have local regulations that limit what we can advise on. Following our guidance does not exempt you from local codes, permits, or licensing requirements.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced via banner on the homepage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
